Hi Zahra and other educators in the field.
I Think of quality as the glue in the system, as it was mentioned so briefly and beautifully here and I really enjoyed it. Children come to the daycare everyday and to us. they are with us more than with their family members. it is on us, early childhood educators to think not only on nurturing children's bodies physically, but also mentally and emotionally so they feel safe and in a stress free zone.
Again thank you for the content.

Hello!
I stumbled on your website while doing a deep dive about ECE! I found your website very informative. I especially liked the interview you did with the high school student. It sounds like we as adults need to re-evaluate the education system to ensure our children have better experiences at school.
